Chester at Night

This is a photo that I took back in 2010 which I've only just processed. It was taken at night in Chester looking down from the vantage point of the old city walls at the road called The Groves which runs alongside the River Dee

NIKON D700 1/8 second F/4.0 ISO 3600 29 mm (35mm equiv.)
