Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 19 September 2014 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio.

The beautiful and dramatic Clifton Suspension Bridge which spans the Avon Gorge in Bristol.

It was designed in 1831 by the famous engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel, however for various reasons it wasn't completed until 1864.

This photo was taken shortly after sunset.

Sweet, and a new view for me. You really have a nose for finding these locations and make them work. Can you visualize the shot when you take it?
