The Cube, Birmingham

Posted by
Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 10 October 2013 in Architecture and Portfolio.

Looking up the centre of the 16 storey Cube building in central Birmingham.

Architect Ken Shuttleworth has created a wonderful interior - it reminded me of one of those geode rocks you sometimes see for sale in shops where the exterior of the rock gives no clue about the glitzy interior full of jagged, bright crystals.
