Tower Bridge, London

This famous victorian bridge in the east end of London spans the River Thames between the Tower of London and City Hall.

Cracking shot on what was such a lovely day in London! The slow shutter to smooth out the water really helps, as it's always the element that distracts my shots being as good.

@Ian Smith: Hi Ian, yes, the long exposure really helps these types of photo. For this one I used 2 ND filters stacked. The first is a B W 6 stop screwed onto the front of the lens and then, on top of that, I use a Lee 10 stop in their standard holder but with a wide angle adapter mount - this mount keeps the gap between the two filters to a minimum which helps to minimise vignetting.
