Fern and Bluebells

Posted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 14 May 2013 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

A photo that I took at the weekend in our local woods at home in Poynton. The ferns and bluebells are finally out in all their splendour after a delayed spring due to the bad weather we've had.

A simple but striking shot. I think your colour images always leap out thanks to their relative scarcity.
