Charles Bridge at Night

The Charles Bridge in Prague photographed an hour or so before dawn when it was empty of people.

NIKON D800 13 second F/8.0 ISO 100 26 mm (35mm equiv.)

I'd not seen your brightened version on flickr until just now - I decided to check it as my aminus3 latest upload is darker than my flickr version! I much prefer this brighter one of yours, and the extra depth it has. The statues in the foreground take on a far more dominant role.

@John Leech: Thanks for the honest opinion on the earlier version of this on Flickr - I always have a problem deciding just how dark to leave night-time photos. As you say, this lighter version is a lot better isn't it.

One our before dawn....there is probably no other time to a shot from Charles bridge without people on it. I like the silhouette in the front.
