I entered the 'Take A View' Landscape Photographer of the Year competition for the first time this year. It's the biggest landscape photography competition here in the UK and so I was really delighted to get an email last week letting me know that the three photos you can see above all got commended by the judges - all 3 will appear in the Award book and the colour photo will be shown as a print at the National Theatre exhibition in London with the other two projected as part of the slideshow presentation.
