'Practical Photography' magazine here in the UK recently asked if I'd write an article for them about my photography - it's the first time I've been asked to do anything like this so it was really exciting! The article is in this months issue of the magazine (don't ask me why it's called the August edition when it's pubilshed in July!)

Like what you see here and are interested in photographic composition?.....the blog section of my website now has a complete set of 5 articles covering my personal approach to the subject: Ian Bramham Photography - Blog
For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to my website Ian Bramham - Fine Art Photography where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo.
@Daryl Johnson: Thanks Daryl!
@Annierita & Annisabelle: Thanks! (well they do say beauty is in the eye of the beholder)
@Ian Smith: Thanks Ian! (the whole thing is a bit surreal but nice all the same!)
@ordinaryimages: Thanks Jerry! (the photos in the article are mono but my photo of the page as a whole is in colour)
@hugo poon: Thanks Hugo!
@Sergei Z: Thanks Sergei!
@DarkElf: Thanks DarkElf!
@Jerry: Thanks Jerry! I'm pretty sure that there's no online version of the magazine but lots of UK libraries stock it. The text in the article should be just about readable if you click on the link at the top of the page to the larger version.
@Andrew Atkinson: Thanks Andrew!...re the Hitech - no, I haven't had a chance to use it yet but I will be trying it out over the next few weeks and I'll let you know. All the signs are promising as it's an excellent fit in a 2 slot Lee holder next to my Lee 10 stop nd filter with the gasket just touching the second filter to make a light seal.
