@Andrew Atkinson: Hi Andrew, to tell you the truth I didn't even consider trying to do a long exposure photo of this scene as I liked it already the way it was with that glass smooth water, an interesting sky and, of course, some really lovely light.
@Hans ter Horst: Hi Hans, you're right that it's always much more difficult when you don't know the area but that particular stretch of coast is great for photography. There are quite a lot of these small scale fish farms just off the coast in Greece and we had already driven past a few without finding anywhere safe to stop the car - with this one however I managed to pull over in a safe spot at the side of the road and take a quick snap-shot (which turned out better than I had hoped!)
