I've been away for a long weekend in Berlin with my wife, John Leech and his wife and a whole group of other photographers and their partners that I know from Flickr and DPReview.

This is the famous TV tower and part of the cantileverd concrete triangular shaped roof of it's base building.

NIKON D700 1/800 second F/8.0 ISO 200 18 mm (35mm equiv.)

I've been out of touch with aminus for a while so missed this gem. This is one of those pics that would have been excellent without the tower poking its head in - but with it... its that step up from a gem, whatever that is. I felt the structure had been done to death before we visited, so didn't take it very seriously - I'm so glad you did! I'd say there's scope for further processing here, though nothing wrong with it as is.
