@sunstone_maria: Thanks Maria....the wet sand on flat beaches like this one is always great for reflections!

Punit from Somewhere in, India

Yes, another wonderful capture - the clouds, the reflections, the wide angle, the BW - all to the perfection.

Sometimes when I look at your captures, I feel you have some kind of magical control over the skies to set the clouds precisely the way one would desire.

Many of your captures are a source of learning and inspiration.

@Punit: Thanks's certainly true that I enjoy photographing stormy cloudy skies much more than clear blue sunny ones!

A tremendous black and white, the magic is all in the sky (and possibly in the dodging and burning), whatever, it looks just superb!

One cracking shot Ian - and yes, the larger is so much better (in fact, this, like much of your work, would make an excellent 2m wide print). Have a nice weekend!

Japanalia from Yokohama, Japan

The effect is amazing...the Pier seems to be gathering skies and beach all to its very core, gravitational powers indeed! And...the B&W processing is - as always - faultless!
