Colwyn Bay

Posted by
Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 15 February 2010 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

A long exposure dawn photo from Colwyn Bay in north Wales.

It looks nice and warm doesn't it but it was actually bitterly cold with a strong onshore wind, in fact I can't remember when I last felt that cold whilst out with my camera.

The beach is only about 100 metres from the town centre.....despite the cold I know where I'd be every morning if I lived there!

NIKON D40 30 seconds F/11.0 ISO 200 15 mm (35mm equiv.)
