Standing on the Edge

Another photo from a recent joint photoshoot at Malham in Yorkshire with John Leech (a link to his AM3 site is just below)

This is JL standing on the edge of the top of the cliff at Malham Cove. A long time ago this used to be a waterfall - the drop to the bottom is about the same as Niagra Falls.

NIKON D40 1/10 second F/8.0 ISO 200 21 mm (35mm equiv.)

awesome sensation of staring down the cliff... the fog adds a lot of mystery and apprehension to this feeling... i also like the light transition from bring tone at the top to darker ones the lower one looks into the abyss...
