Photographed early one morning last week in some bitterly cold weather.

The original colour photo is blended with a B&W version in photoshop.

NIKON D40 1/30 second F/8.0 ISO 200 30 mm (35mm equiv.)

I notice the emerging green of algae on the rocks of this otherwise mostly monochromatic image. It's excellent.
