Latest in a series of photos from a recent trip to Venice, Italy.
There is normally a very slow speed limit on Venice's canals as the front doors of many of the buildings are almost at water level - ambulances are obviously one of the exceptions. It was such a strange sight and very dramatic. My trousers dried off eventually :-) but I was glad the water missed my camera.
