"Le Panoramic"

Posted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 4 August 2007 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

More views from the "Le panoramic" restaurant on yesterdays photo.

"Le Panoramic" is in Courchevel at the head of the highest cable car run. As you can imagine, the skiing was just fantastic at this altitude. Even at Easter with the end of the season only a week or so away there was full snow cover right down to the village.

PS - I'm on holiday at the moment but will reply to any comments when I get back.

@vasa: Thanks Vasa but the credit must go to the camera - it was so bright I could not judge exposure using the lcd so I stuck it on snow scene mode and hoped for the best!
