Hmm, you consistently post fabulous images, but this isn't one of them. Graphically/compositionally uninteresting, processing feels muddy, doesn't evoke any mood or feeling or tell a story, horizon might be straight but it feels crooked. None of those things are necessary, but it needs to work on some level. I can see how you were maybe attracted to the sweeping curve of the water and the sky.

one of your great strengths is your understanding of rules and when / how to break them. Initially I thought the horizon was off and you'd done it and got away with it again...but it's not.
This image works for me because of the sexy lighting, that sweeping curve and the pylon type object which is vertical, fixes the eye and tells you that the horizon is true.
Me likes!

superb composition with the curved path of water really taking the eyes right into the distance with it! fantastic contrast as well! the horizon is straight once you use the reference point of the object in the distance and also if you follow the horizon line just over the shore... i like it as well!

I love the curve, especially it's smooth and glossy 'structure' contrasting with the soil
