The Mountain StreamPosted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 14 September 2009 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. Like the last mountain stream photo that I posted this was photographed using a 6 stop nd filter to allow me to get a slow enough shutter speed to blur the rushing water. I used a miniature tripod (Gorillapod) so that the camera was just inches from the water surface. As for me, I was actually sat in the water so I could see through the viewfinder as there's no 'liveview' feature on a Nikon D40 :-) For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to MY NEW WEBSITE where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo. Links to the websites of other photographers whose work I love and who have all helped me enormously over a long period of time. I find the work of all 3 to be inspirational.
