This is the new building being built for the BBC in Salford Quays on the banks of the Manchester Ship Canal.
Photographed before dawn early one morning in the mist and rain at high iso with extra grain added in post processing.
The architects are Wilkinson Eyre.

I usually get despondent when my images are so full of grain but wow...you've created so much atmosphere here! I like the way you've charted progress...did you have anything to do with the planning/design?
