Cheshire Sunset

Posted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 23 September 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

I've been having some problems with my computer recently which is why I haven't been posting photos.

This is one from the archives of the sun setting over the Cheshire Plain near home a few months ago.

For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to MY NEW WEBSITE where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo.
.

Links to the websites of other photographers whose work I love and who have all helped me enormously over a long period of time. I find the work of all 3 to be inspirational.

Jeff from Honolulu, United States

This looks like you colorized a black and white photo. Is that the process? Interesting landscape with this light. I always enjoy looking at your photos.

@Jeff: Thanks Jeff....this one is from my back up harddrive and is from a while ago. I can't remember now how I processed it but I know that I didn't convert it to B&W. It's using a long lens so the sun was only a few minutes from setting and the colours were already very orangey before I pushed them further in photoshop.
