Lake District Buildings

I thought the comparison over the last two days between B&W and colour versions of the same photo was interesting so here's a final pair in the same theme....first the colour, then the B&W version of this photo tomorrow.

For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to MY NEW WEBSITE where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo.

Of the previous two photos I prefer to black and white version; I'm not sure that it will be the same for this photo. Looking forward to your post tomorrow.

Wow, I love the dark ominous clouds and oh the mood, again is fabulous, can't image I'll love the b&w more, 'cause I sure love that royal blue shuttered/window/opening against that brilliant white wall...but who knows, I'm looking forward to tomorrow's ;)

I love the blue door, would work well with some selective coloring! interesting building. nice clean, crisp, clear image.

Wow. These clouds are awesome and you already have huge contrasts in this version. Should translate so well into b&w. Looking forward for it...

After looking at the 2 versions I think that this picture could be the winner if you work better on the colors as you do for your BW pictures.

Both versions of this image are outstanding...each version has something unique to offer.
