Clifton Suspension BridgePosted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 17 June 2008 in Architecture and Portfolio. This is the famous bridge over the Avon Gorge in Bristol designed by the engineer Isambard Kingdom Brunel in 1831 but not completed until 1862. For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to MY NEW WEBSITE where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo. Links to the websites of other photographers whose work I love and who have all helped me enormously over a long period of time. I find the work of all 3 to be inspirational.

Find this even more powerful than the previous one (Bridge over River Severn). Love this a great deal! Hugo (PS. Personally, I might like to see a less contrasty sky at the top. It's dramatic but might be competing with the subject bridge a little. Just my immediate response.) 17 Jun 2008 1:46pm dan from Paris, FranceThe spectacle is also in the sky grace in the beauty of clouds! 17 Jun 2008 7:32pm Michael Rawluk from Prince George, CanadaYou have an endless supply of beautiful shot.
