Nice initial feel - but I think you were in at least three minds as to what to do with the reflection. I don't think there is the right balance here, nor your best conversion. Ultimately, the sky distribution, in particular the dark cloud hanging on its shoulder, will make it very difficult to get a stunner out of this on - but no harm in trying!
Its a hard life : )

I think you're showing the location of the lighthouse quite well, it looks like you might have gone in the water to get the shot the extra steps do pay off.

love the sand / mud textures here and the wonderful depth of field. the sky is fantastically moody and i also love the row of dark rocks extending into the picture from the left.

I definitely think you'd make a most interesting director of photography... (For a film, I mean, of course.) This photo is static and incredibly cinematic at the same time. That's what I love of your landscapes in general (and you know I'm no fan of landscapes!).
