Annecy at NightPosted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 8 May 2008 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio. Following on from Monday's photo, this is another one from the beautiful French alpine town of Annecy. This is a view of the medieval buildings that line the river as it flows through the old town from the lake. For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to MY NEW WEBSITE where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo. Links to the websites of other photographers whose work I love and who have all helped me enormously over a long period of time. I find the work of all 3 to be inspirational.

Wet, reflecting pavement, subdued lighting and two pedestrians sheltering from the rain. Perfecto. 8 May 2008 5:29am See The Light from Newcastle, United StatesWonderful image, has a very vintage feel. Great B&W, also enjoyed the link to the web site. Anne from White Rock, CanadaSuperb night shot Ian! I think everyone before me has said it all! Just love this beautiful b&w anyway! 8 May 2008 3:43pm hugo poon from Hong KongIan, you've made me a very happy man by describing my pics as human and inspiring! Thank you so much.... Don't know how to put it, but it's clear to me I have no ambition to become a "photographer" - taking pics is such a pure and massive passion to me that I somehow rank it even higher than a job.:-) Can't wait to see the rest of this lovely series!
