Annecy at Night

Following on from Monday's photo, this is another one from the beautiful French alpine town of Annecy.
It shows some late night tourists admiring the 12th century Palais de l'Isle.

Fantastic atmosphere, Ian! You're such a master with these night scenes. It's a little anonymous with the people having their backs to the camera but invites us closer into the whole... ambiance, if you will, of the whole image. Magic!

Very nice night shot, Ian! I like the cool tones you`ve chosen for this image. Usually photos or films shot in France have rich and bright look and tones. Though you have chosen rather "northern" look for it which in my opinion creates a better atmosphere and takes us back in time....
