Conveyor Belt SushiPosted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 6 March 2008 in Food & Cuisine and Portfolio. Has this trend hit your part of the world too yet?.....This photo is from Manchester. The little dishes of Sushi go around on a conveyor belt system in front of the diners for them to choose from. For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to MY NEW WEBSITE where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo. Links to the websites of other photographers whose work I love and who have all helped me enormously over a long period of time. I find the work of all 3 to be inspirational.

Japanalia from Yokohama, JapanI find it very practical...you can choose with your eyes! Next, it is much cheaper than in specialized sushi restaurants that charge even the seat you're on!Next, you can choose with your eyes....no need to bother toi remember all the names of the fishes...which would be a big bother! 6 Mar 2008 12:56pm Pouhou from Apeldoorn, Netherlandsyep ! 6 Mar 2008 12:57pm Viewfinder from Bradenton, United StatesSaw something like this on the Travel Channel on Monday. I understand the color of the plates tells the price. Haven't run into it in this neck o'the woods yet. Cool photo. 6 Mar 2008 1:24pm Lorraine from Gatineau, CanadaYou had me at the sign....I love Sushi, so much. This hasn't happened here yet, and I'd almost love it if it weren't for my fear of embarrassing myself in front of the normal person lol ;) 6 Mar 2008 2:50pm Alfredo J.
