"The Edge "Posted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 22 November 2007 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio. This photo was taken at a place called "The Edge" in a town called Alderley Edge near where I live in SE Manchester. Sorry I have been a bit quiet recently but I bought a nice shiny new camera (my first DSLR!) at the weekend and I've been out taking photos and trying to understand how it all works. Its a Nikon D40 with Sigma 10-20 wide angle lens and a lot more complicated than the compact camera that I've been using to date - this is one of my first shots with it. For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to MY NEW WEBSITE where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo. Links to the websites of other photographers whose work I love and who have all helped me enormously over a long period of time. I find the work of all 3 to be inspirational.
