ContrastsPosted by Ian Bramham (Manchester, United Kingdom) on 28 August 2007 in Cityscape & Urban and Portfolio. Black & White, Young and Old, Large and Small, North and South - sometimes if you keep pressing the shutter button for long enough you get lucky! This photo is taken in the city of Chester which is on the edge of England at the point where it meets North Wales. Like many cities that are crossing points, Chester has a long history that is reflected in the rich and diverse architecture of its buildings from Roman through medieval to modern day. Over the next few days I'm going to post some more photos from this fascinating city. For purchasing high quality archival prints of any of these photos you can send me an email by clicking here or by going to MY NEW WEBSITE where prices are listed in the gallery sections under each individual photo. Links to the websites of other photographers whose work I love and who have all helped me enormously over a long period of time. I find the work of all 3 to be inspirational.
